Richard J. Wielopolski (Rick)
President and Founder
Rick is successful consultant, integrator, engineer, entrepreneur and inventor with over 40 years of experience in the computer industry and expertise in hardware, software, system design, development, project management and executive leadership.
He received his BSEE degree from the University of Akron, has broad international experience, and has worked for major, global Fortune 100 companies and other market leaders including Diebold, Motorola Communications, Bell-Northern Research (Nortel), Unisys Corporation, Thomson Reuters and Spectrum Health. Rick has designed and managed multiple complex system products with a focus on business solutions. He has been instrumental in developing and bringing to market several innovative product lines which are still best in class today.
Rick’s passion for excellence and his results driven methodology have led to the formation of PerSysTek, LLC, now known as Cyber Solutions Technologies, and the patented invention of a new mobile file security system and method. He created the RecordVault app bringing affordable, secure, mobile file security solutions to everyone.
